- Are all pieces made in genuine Sterling Silver?
- The products with the silver metal specification are made of pure Sterling 925 Silver. (Sterling silver is an alloy of silver which is composed of 92.5% silver, and the remaining 7.5% is made up of other metals. Whereas, fine silver consists of 99.9% pure silver, which makes the metal soft and it cannot be used for jewellery items.) Sterling Silver is considered the worldwide jewellery industry’s highest quality of silver purity for use in making jewellery.
- What are Sikkawala hours of operation?
- 11.00 am to 7 pm (IST), Monday to Saturday (Not available on Sunday and Indian Public Holidays.)
- How should I know the products you sell are authentic?
- As this is the official online store of Sikkawala, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic and that the materials used are true.
- Are the colour of products shown on the website accurate?
- While we have made every effort to display colour of the products appear as accurately as possible on the website, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Some products may also appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on our website.
- What payment methods does Sikkawala accept?
- We accept payments via Razorpay. For orders to be delivered in India, we also offer Cash on Delivery. If you choose payment modes other than Cash on Delivery, rest assured that our trusted payment gateway partners keep your transaction details safe using secure encryption technology. Online modes of payments are recommended. But if you are not comfortable with this, you may choose Cash on Delivery, and pay in cash when the product is delivered at your doorstep in India.
- Is it safe to use my credit card online at Sikkawala?
- At Sikkawala, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to safely transmit to our payment Gateway Partner Razorpay. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system.
- Is my package insured?
- All items are insured from Sikkawala against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.
