PAYMENTS
The Payment on Sikkawala.com can be made using one of the following options
Paytm/ Direct bank transfers/ Card Payment / UPI / COD / PayPal. Please note that Paypal will be 8% extra over and above the total order amount. Kindly mention your contact number as comment in the account transfers for us to trace the payment and confirm your order.
SHIPPING POLICY
At Sikkawala, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers.
Shipping within India is Chargeable
- For all order of silver coins @ 75/ (500gm shipping weight)
- For silver jewelry order below 2000 @ 75/shipment
Shipping within India is Free
- For silver jewelry all orders above Rs. 2000
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are delivered within 6-7 business days. Delivery to metro locations will be faster.
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours/2 business days with the exception of Indian public holidays where it may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if new location is within the same state.
As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 15 working days of your placing the order, inclusive of processing time. However, in some cases, we may take longer, to ship the order as we may have to produce/procure it.
If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our help desk (+91) 9999713401 or email us at support@sikkawala.com, mentioning your order number. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature and proof of ID confirmation from the recipient.
What should I do if my order is getting delayed?
We use the best shipping partners in India, to make sure that your order reaches you as soon as possible. On rare occasions, there can be unforeseen delays due to natural calamities or other circumstances. In such cases we request you to be patient while we will continue to try to get the parcel delivered to you as soon as it is possible. Our liability in case of such delayed orders if only limited to getting the order delivered as soon as possible on our end. The delayed prepaid orders shall be refunded only if they are still not delivered within 15 working days of placing the order.
